DX860G Underwater Camera and Housing
The DX860G Camera and Housing is a camera with lots of features including an effective pixel count of 6.2 megapixels and a maximum recordable pixel count of eight megapixels. The CCD is ultra fine at 1/ 2.5 inches thick. The large 2.5-inch TFT liquid crystal monitor provides vivid image display that’ s crystal clear. And although the camera body is compact, lightweight thin aluminum, the housing is rugged and rated to a depth of 45m / 150ft. Focal point on the DX860G Camera and Housing ranges from from 35 to 105mm (35mm film camera equivalent) and perfectly frames your subject using an optical 3x zoom lens. The camera is powered by a lithium ion battery. A charger for the battery is included as well as additional image storage memory past the built-in memory of 32 MB. Adjustable white balance with settings compensates for a wide variety of lighting conditions and the exposure correction function shifts auto-exposure settings to compensate for more difficult lighting situations for shooting. You can also capture motion pictures of up to 640×480 pixel (VGA) resolution at a rate of 24 frames per second (24fps ) with the motion picture function. You can attach and detach the lens of this camera under water.
